Agistment
We are currently only offering agistment to Hidden Valley Members.
Agistment at Hidden Valley gives direct access to hundreds of kilometres of trail rides through the hinterland of the Ourimbah State Forest in some of NSW’s most pristine temperate rainforest.
With more than 70 acres of regularly rotated pasture, we can guarantee a top quality home for a happy horse.
Hidden Valley has a live-in care-taker and offers fully supervised agistment with quality care. Horses are kept in shared paddocks with a small number in each for companionship. We do not run large groups of agisted horses together. We have a stable block for close supervision of sick or injured animals. Farrier, vet and other specialist visits are by private arrangement unless it is an emergency. Winter rugging with daily removal is available.
Hidden Valley offers hay feeds or full hard feeding regimes to meet any requirements. Our pastures are of high quality and all horses are given lucerne hay. If your horse is a good doer, we will happily keep them just on grass. Hard feeds are prepared by you in consultation with us and as necessary for the optimum health of the horse.
When you agist your horse at Hidden Valley you may arrange to use our equestrian facilities which include dressage arena, show jumping area, cross country course and round yard.
